Does anyone use an online payroll service? I looking for something other than my CPA that wants to charge a small ransom for three employees.

I used quickbook’s online service for a while a few years ago. It was really easy peasy and cheap. It was only one employee on straight salary with direct deposit so it was a very simple application.

Gusto

I have a client that uses this and is really happy.

Intuit has a good product that integrates seamlessly with Quickbooks.

Gusto looks good for the number of employees you have.   In fact it looks very user friendly on the employer and employee end compared to some of the  other  options on the market.

Quickbooks has really improved their payroll product.  I used to use it a eight or nine years ago and it kind of sucked.   But I've seen the newer versions and if we still had the company and because I used QB's, I might have gone back to it.

Yep.  The older product Intuit had sucked balls.  I like the current offering, though.

Thanks for the info.  I'm going to check out Gusto as we don't use QB for accounting.
