No clue how to cap this game but at least we still have football. Took SDSU ml for shits and giggles.

Frank solich looks like he's going through chemo. Geezus.

Took Ohio in the Surly Pick 'em.

I went to this shit last year. It was fucking terrible. I watched a disinterested SMU team get their shit kicked in by LaTech. The friend I was with got so piss drunk that I had to drag him out of my car after driving home (which was an awful decision to begin with) and put him into an Uber home because he couldn't make it up the 3 flights to crash on my couch.

Anyway, /csb.

If nothing else, the field looks great. Props to the grounds crew.

All 3,000 people there are going to be thrilled.

I went to HS at Frisco High, so this hits close to home.

Aztec qb kind of seems like he sucks

And the dozens watching on TV.

There are dozens of us. DOZENS.

I like both teams and coaches I figured SDSU would win, but Ohio looks like they are ready to play so far

Last year was terrible because

1. It was the inaugural bowl game, so you gotta take a bad shit before a good shit.

2. SMU was playing in it. Fuck SMU. Also, they had no coach.

Hence why I said we were disinterested. Thanks for the "fuck SMU" banter, though, that was totally necessary.

I've shopped at a DXL, so this also hits close to home.

I like both coaches, too. I thought state would look better on offense so far. Their line should win the battle, but they aren't.

hard to believe it is the 2nd quarter already that is the sign of two teams playing on the ground

These teams rarely ever throw the ball. Each team has only thrown the ball once.

Similar-I have an XLD.

I'm not sure medical professionals would back you up on this.

Witch doctors of course!

this will probably be more common with the new rules changes

Did they announce attendance? I cannot imagine more than 3K. I was surprised they chose such random teams - I guess they're limited but strikes me as one of those bowls that at least needs a regional if not local team. A friend works in sports, and at the end of the day, if you get a decent sponsor and marginal local support ESPN will give you money for programming. They rob the schools in terms of hotel and ticket guarantees, so not a terrible business model.

WTF was wrong with that SDS receiver? All he had to do was take a step forward for a 1st down and he just flops on the ground.

Ohio fans traveled pretty decently for a G5 team. SDSU not so much.

He lost his footing.

San Diego should "represent" by buying their homeless tickets to bowl games each year.....that would be like 40,000 fans.....make sure it is to a venue that sells alcohol to make it more interesting

You could take the local economic impact both Ohio and sdsu fans will have...times it by 2...and itll still fall short of ndsu fans in a few weeks

I don't know if SDSU can score 10 points

crazy how entertaining a well coordinated and executed running offense can be

this is a good game so far as far as running the ball goes

Game over. Not sure how long this this type of offense can compete in the mountain West.

all those pass plays that were screwed up or just this > < close and they run it in

Ohio is dominating this game

The venue does sell alcohol so the 40,000 homeless from San Diego would drink the kegs dry.

Andre Ware kinda sounds like Hank Hill

Andrew Ware and Howdy Doody are calling the game.
