March 9, 20196 yr The S3 girlfriend looks like a chick that doesn't wear deodorant and has keto crotch. A double whammy of horrible aromas. Her eyebrows remind me of this chick. Edited March 9, 20196 yr by SizzleChest
March 9, 20196 yr Glad to see it go personally. Got worse for me and Pete’s character was very unlikable and I didn’t think he was that funny.

What's happened to Katy Mixon is a gotdam national tragedy. 54 minutes ago, SizzleChest said: The S3 girlfriend looks like a chick that doesn't wear deodorant and has keto crotch. March 9, 20196 yr Good to see that others have the same opinion about this season's chick and her being "hot". Unfortunately, after viewing this page, I am having to use voice recognition to type this reply.

His most recent special was pretty forgettable, so if that was what he was touring at the time you didn't miss much. His first album "Impregnated with Wonder," which the show borrowed some jokes from early on, is fantastic and I've probably listened to it about three times now.
March 9, 20196 yr I thought Crashing was a great show and one the better comedies currently on TV. Not renewing now leaves HBO with only Barry and a slipping Silicon Valley. There is going to be a huge hole with their comedies with VEEP in its last season.
March 10, 20196 yr Read somewhere AT&T fired the guy running HBO. They are going to take a Netflix approach of quantity over quality because as we all know, AT&T gives zero fucks about quality.
March 10, 20196 yr Saying silicon valley is slipping is being generous. It's closer to a drama now than a comedy

HBO produces and/or televises a fraction of the original content Netflix does. Good luck with that, AT&T.
March 11, 20196 yr I liked the show and think they wrapped it up nicely. It felt like a series finale. I really appreciate shows that don't fuck around with cliffhangers when there's no guarantee they'll be back.
March 11, 20196 yr Thought the finale was incredible. Perfect ending to the series but will still be wanting more. As a big stand up fan, seeing the struggle and the world the comics live in has always intrigued me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
March 11, 20196 yr Nice way to leave things. I liked the series and the backstories. Showtime cancelled I'm Dying Up Here which was a sort of shittier reto version of the same thing. Liked that one, too.
March 11, 20196 yr Good finale. Liked the whole, I am not an asshole, alright, scene. Followed by Pete's opener set, which actually bought him the respect he was looking for all along.
March 11, 20196 yr I thought it was the perfect ending to the series. It was OK and if Apatow does go through with the movie I don't see how they take it anywhere.
March 11, 20196 yr solid finale for a show i'll probably never think about again. no reason to make a movie.

I would love to hear Seinfeld's thoughts on both shows. he does such a great job breaking down comedy, and comics, in his series. I like that he's gotten interested in the art form, instead of just making money on it.
March 12, 20196 yr Always enjoyed the series. Would like to do some XXX stuff to Allie. The tall blonde was not hot. Only time she was hot was when Shumer was in the same bar. Hate to see it go but I also hate shows that linger way past it’s time.

Didn’t realize that it was cancelled.

LOL, that's almost exactly what Apatow said on Conan. "They didn't tell us we were cancelled, they told us we should never make any more."
March 13, 20196 yr well from a business perspective, it makes sense. with a show on nbc, you've already sold the ads during up-fronts that will air on certain days and accompany certain shows. for that reason, they have to be very careful what they're airing and when, because if you get too trigger happy you will fuck over your advertisers. they order a certain amount, then they can order some more, and ad sales will keep up. hbo can say fuck it, go make 8, we're gonna air 8, and we'll talk later.
March 13, 20196 yr Pete has a book coming out in May. He said on the podcast it sort of picks up where the show left off and that the next season would have been about his big break.
March 14, 20196 yr I was out after a few episodes of Season 3. Pete as a player just didn't compute me. The Artie Lange episodes were really good. An above average show for two seasons on an above average network. I guess that's about all you ask for.
June 8, 20196 yr This show is amazing. Just killed all 3 seasons in 2 days. Ridiculous. God damn Ali is sexy
