November 18, 20196 yr That is a good point, his battery was empty when Max passed him after the SC pulled in. He was bitching at the team over the radio.

They crack me up. Yeah I enjoy their silliness on Fri & Sat. I know Crofty goofs up a fair bit, but I don't get the hate so many have for him. I think he does a good job as the ringleader. That bunch, even with Karun, is miles ahead of the NBC crew. Natalie has been MIA a lot lately though. Do miss her & her legs.
November 19, 20196 yr Author Max went absolute beast mode the whole weekend. IMHO his potential is off the charts.

November 19, 20196 yr Lewis has said as much in the past. That is, when he's not talking about people avoiding Max because he's dangerous. [emoji4] Ok, that was good.
November 19, 20196 yr As a Max fan it was nice to see his weekend result. I also agree that he needs to temper himself a lot of times and not crash out so much. He needs to understand the value of always scoring points, but he gets too worried about beating the world at times.
November 19, 20196 yr Author These days Max is no more 'dangerous' than most or all of the grid. That talk is way overblown. He's certainly not a guy who's gonna blink when someone is trying to intimidate him or get him to back down though. He's improved massively at just taking what's there and bringing the car home, which is what's going to make him so tough. There are guys on the current grid who've hardly improved at all in that regard over several years and can only dream of being as quick. Edited November 19, 20196 yr by wood
November 19, 20196 yr Yeah he was never quite Maldonado or Grosjean levels of danger and crashing. Or you can take the way back machine to the era of Andrea De Cesaris who has the most DNFs in history and once had 18 straight DNFs. His team even withdrew him from a race before it began because they were sure he would crash and it was getting too expensive to keep repairing the car.
November 20, 20196 yr Author Whoa ... Also another TD has been issued on the topic... https://it.motorsport.com/f1/news/direttiva-fia-39-19-sulle-monoposto-un-doppio-flussometro/4600511/ Second fuel flow sensor to be fitted according to Motorsport.it
November 20, 20196 yr It's gotta feel bad to cheat and still get defeated for both titles with several races to go.
November 21, 20196 yr Author Now they're making the 2nd flow sensor mandatory for 2020. Also, not F1, but I thought y'all would enjoy this. Amazing ...

November 30, 20196 yr Merc 1 - 2... Ferrari stepping on their own dicks again. Is there a more mismanaged team than Ferrari?
December 1, 20196 yr They did great following the midfield for most of the race and then cut the last lap where the two Rennos, a Ferrari, Redbull, Racing point and McLaren all swapping spots. Fuckers
