Not that it would have mattered but the NFL making the Chargers play the early game on the East coast two weeks in a row is pretty shitty.

A night time snowy game would suck [for them] too.

Since the Chargers look to lose, my Super Bowl of Chargers/ Cowboys is shot to flames...

Yea no shit...why anybody thinks that a team like the Patriots is really going to be bothered by the field/crowd/etc etc at this point I don't know.

It's more that the Chiefs would be bothered playing in Foxboro. The Chiefs are the better team and would win 65% of the time if they were playing in sunny California with no adverse weather conditions. They would get fucked in Foxboro.

They are?

In my opinion yeah

Ok...I guess we will see how well that opinion holds up.  Hope it does.

Chargers doing charger things

Welp, go Chiefs to win it all... (I guess)

this used to be the best weekend in football.  the chiefs and saints/dirtybirds should just stand there and let new england win so brady and bill can retire on top.

Didn’t they already beat the Chiefs ?

I don’t like the NBA, guess how many NBA games I watched on Christmas? The answer rhymes with hero, even though they were the only games on. There are always other choices.

In Foxboro

if there is one thing Belichek shouldn't bitch about it is the low hit to the QB penalty.   its only a penalty because his QB got hurt once.

Dome/warm weather teams never do shit outside in the cold in the playoffs.

I think you are 100% right, except for the 4% of time when warm weather teams at least "keep it close"...

And I thought Chargers would win this game.  Sheeeeeeit

This. After that tackle on Rivers I was telling a couple of folks I’m watching the game with that the Pats just got bit by the Brady rule

This will be the third straight home favorite cover this weekend, last two overs. Not great for the books usually.

You have a Dome/LA Team playing at Home next week but lets put the cold game late, makes no sense to me.

Believe they rotate every year regardless.

So far this weekend's slate of games is like having Roseanne Barr as your only banging option after getting to hit Salma Hayek last week. Jezuz I've had more exciting orientation trainings for state government.

Please God, make the Eagles/Saints at least eminently watchable.

I thought Jon Bon Jovi was an Eagles fan?

there actually was roughing.  the NE guys leg contacted the plant leg.

more dumbassness from the refs.  that is a catch.  you can see that live.

they should just run the clock nonstop in cases like this.

Said this an hour ago at the pub where I am. All agreed.

I like Rivers, but Brees has had the last laugh on that organization ever since they shunned him for Rivers. Always thought it would be interesting to see how Rivers would have fared elsewhere a la Brees.

A kid born since February 2011 has never known an AFC Championship game without the Patriots in it.

A kid born in February 2011 isn't watching the NFL with enough awareness for this fact to matter....probably not watching it at all.
