on thursday i said (not here) that not only *could* the rams beat who dat, but that the rams were the only 1 of the 3 remaining that could beat bradichick.

i based this assessment on the rams' ability to run over dallas unimpeded for an hour.

the rams did it again yesterday.  maybe not as dominating a performance as a week ago, but they were in a position to win because they ran the ball and never went away from it.

in 2 weeks time, we are indoors, which takes 3 to 4 points away from brady.  and the one thing bill can't scheme around is a running game that he can't stop.

run the ball.  keep tom off the field.

the rams can do it.

nope

He’s not the best color man in the league for nothing.

They ran for 77 yards yesterday....the Saints didn't tip their defense like the dumbass Ginger and his crew did, but you think it's going to get better against the Patriots?

Ok then...

Sounds racist.

Yes, the movie Major League was very racist.

Gimme the Pats -2.5 all day long. Better coach, better QB, team full of players that have been in multiple super bowls. They know how to win. Cant pass up less than a FG.

If anything, the patriots put alignment tendencies on film yesterday hoping the rams would see them, and then counter accordingly in the Super Bowl to jump out early. That’s the level of coaching that belichek works on.

Yeah, but they're saying it from their living rooms this year.

No Edelman. No Butler (their best DB) for whatever reason Belichick decided was worth punishing the entire team.

But it's a Patriots' Super Bowl, so it will be close, and come down to a couple of plays. Usually New England is the team that makes them; sometimes they're not. Some hard-hitting analysis for you.

LA has a legitimate shot if Suh, Donald and Brockers can consistently generate pressure on Brady. The NYG teams that defeated the Patriots successfully generated interior pressure and consistently collapsed the pocket with 4 man rushes. It flustered Brady and threw him off his game, LA has the best defensive line in the NFL. It's quite the feat for a 3tech DE in a 3-4 scheme who faces double teams on more than 70% of his snaps to accumulate 20 sacks.

The Rams DL and running game gives them a legit (often very good) chance to win every game. This one is no different. Remember, NE being a sight favorite isn't supposed to be predictive. It's intended to generate action.

Patriots have adapted over the years especially with Brady losing some arm strength - relying more and more on short / quick throws which generally eliminate the pressure concern, even with 2 players as good as Donald and Suh.  If pressure becomes an issue of any sort, they'll screen the Rams into bolivion.

This is great matchup for New England offensively.  Outside of Talib the Rams back 7 isn't very good.  It will likely be death by a thousand cuts with New England getting tons of intermediate route yardage.

Rams will win because of Suh and Donald , the best DT combination. They'll get to Brady and that's the holy grail to victory.

Belichek will have two weeks to prepare for Goff.  You saw what he did to the Chiefs offense in the first half with only one week to prepare.  By the end of the game Goff's asshole will be so big the rest of the Rams team will be able to run out of it onto the field for the 2019 season.

As long as the "keep 'em in the sidelines" guy does his job, Tom Brady has no hope:

Some teams have an answer for that as well.
