When your girl and her friends succeed in unlocking your phone.

  • I told an old friend of mine a few months back that if she'd ever told me I'd be a single-party voter, I'd never have believed it, and if she'd told me that it'd be for the Democrats, I'd have laughed

Republicans already trying to postpone

Heidi Przybyla reported on Morning Joe today that the Republicans were going to try to stonewall this hearing. Looks like she was right.

Hugo called it a few pages back that the Republicans would immediately move to stop the whole thing.

How is that anything near impeachment? He paid off an affair to be quiet? OK.  Although disgusting he would cheat on his wife especially while pregnant it is not impeachment worthy unless he lied about it under oath.

God damn you are the king of the bootlickers.  Party over country, Komrade.  Fucking unbelievable.

News flash:  it's a campaign finance law violation, AND one does not need to be under oath to commit perjury to ANY Federal official.

Already looking like the Kavanaugh hearing except now the repubs are looking like the dems.  Such a joke these 2 sides.

Yeah, both sides...except on both occasions the Dems were trying to get the truth while the Pubs were trying to hide it.

I hope this turns the tide of public opinion and recognition of the criminality committed by the WH and the Trump campaign.

Bullshit.  18 USC Section 1001.

Quote

Section 1001 of Title 18 of the United States Code, the general false statement statute, outlaws material false statements in matters within the jurisdiction of a federal agency or department. It reaches false statements in federal court and grand jury sessions as well as congressional hearings and administrative matters but not the statements of advocates or parties in court proceedings. Under Section 1001, a statement is a crime if it is false, regardless of whether it is made under oath.
