I’ll concede that Zardes’s touch has been better tonight

Zardes's first touch has gotten magically better over the past year. I don't know what happened. Night and day difference than what he used to be.

Berhalter has been his coach.

Not a fan either, but that was a good strike.

I think he is a decent sub for a mid level country

Berhalter thinks we can outrun Guyana? I think that'd be one of the most obvious weaknesses of ours against them.

We can outrun most teams. That has never been an issue for us.

Do you see these guys for Guyana? It's a bunch of 3rd and 4th league internationals.

There is still a part of me that hopes we lose all 3 games. Fire the entire federation and offer Erik ten Hag $10 million a year to build everything from scratch.

A bunch of our guys have had Injury issues and haven't been playing much.

I'd love to see +Jozy -Boyd - play Altidore and Zardes on the inside, McKennie Pulisic on the wing.

Outside of CP and McKennie this team is fucking trash, the coach is fucking trash and the federation is fucking trash.

Reminder that the USMNT are favored to win this game by 5 goals.

Never mind that.  Donovan’s suit looks like hot, dogshit.

I'm glad Arriola scored. When he played for the U20s he left everything on the field and was devastated when they lost. He really cared about wearing the shirt and I want to see him succeed with the senior USMNT even if he's been bad up til now.

Donovan needs to stay out of the sun or wear more sunscreen. He has sun damage on both cheeks. That leads to skin cancer.

Tyler Boyd finally looks like he doesn’t suck.

And yes, why didn’t Michael Bradley play that ball 2 seconds before?

Just quit airmailing shit and taking awful shots.

Wtf is going on?  Just kind of tuned in after some "light" drinking.

I’ve been drinking kind of heavily and wondering the same thing.

I’m finding myself repeatedly rooting for Guayana. This lineup is making me do it.

The lineup is actually not incensing me all that much. It's the playing out of the back when our back 4 is absolute trash that drives me crazy.

Zimmerman and Lima both look solid. Long and Ream, not so much.
