Jake Smith's numbers so far.  32 TDs by mid October:

78 carries for 660 yards and 14 TD’s (8.4 YPC)
37 receptions for 836 yards and 17 TD’s (22.5 YPC)
He also has a return TD.

32 TDs total.

I mean, if he's as great as you guys make him out to be, why did he not score on the other 64 carries and the other 20 receptions? Huh?

Depending on how the next couple of games go - I wonder if they give Rogers a significant number of snaps over the last 4 games.

Rogers is still recovering from an ACL injury that he suffered last fall. Don’t bet on seeing Rogers play this year.

I believe he mentioned he wanted 50 TD's this season so this is delightful.

Thanks - I can't believe I forgot about that - gruesome injury.

Something is wrong.  Doesn't list all of the fair catches inside the 10.

Good point. He still has room for improvement.

He gets “tackled” to remind himself what it feels like to be human.

You mean he tackles himself, because no one else can catch him.

I’ll bet Jake and Rojos dads were roommates at ACU

I’m more amazed he is still so fast while carrying a lunch pail.

Do we know for sure Tree isn’t a threat with Jake Smith?

The only tree that is a threat is the tree fidy he’s going to put up in the 2020 NCG.

He's not a tackle.

His defensive teammates beg him to not score so quickly.

Is FWK with any croots, or is he just here for his cut?

I'd like to think that + meeting some quality trim.  This isn't College Station.  He can multi-task here

Good lord ... he is going to tear it up at Texas.  With he and Jake Smith on the same team, defenses will not even bother to show up.

Well this news is certainly coming out of the blue …

Marcus Banks decommitted from LSU. LSU say "no thanks" because of the off the field stuff?

LSU worried about off the field stuff? Surely you jest.

What off the field stuff?

They have Marcel Brooks committed. So no, off the field stuff isn’t a driver for them.

LSU paid for Banks’ commitment, so this one is weird.

Oops my bad. Reading comprehension is off. Read Marcus Banks and my mind went to Marcel Brooks.

He just visited Bama.  They probably paid more.
