I’m good for about 4 hours on a plane, anything past that and my ADD kicks in. Nashville to Vegas puts me in a shitty mood so I’m not going much further than that.

Continental Express used to do a scheduled flight IAH to Ellington Field and back. 8 minutes going to EFD, a few more coming back.

A lot of people joked about it but it was a great deal for people who lived in South Houston. The flight was probably cheaper than the parking they were going to pay at IAH if they began the trip there instead and not having to drive across Houston.

Did 14 hours non-stop on a full 747-400 to Auckland in coach. Ugh. Two movies and three meals. Took two Xanax and had a couple of drinks for the trip back. Passed out an hour into the flight and woke up 30 minutes before landing. Lesson learned.

Doing IAH-MAN-SIN-PER Wednesday with 2 yr old and better half. Fuuuuuuu

That business class tho

I did DFW to Brisbane nonstop in coach. 15 hours.  I did have the entire row to myself, so I laid out and managed 6 hours of sleep. And I binge watched almost the entire first season of House of Cards. That was sweet. Qantas has a kick ass entertainment system.
