I dont get it?   Seems like unless he actally gets injures and has hospital and Dr bills to show for it,  what's he gonna sue for?  Does he have a shady doctor to make some fake x rays and he has a inside team at the local hospital to give him fake surgery? 

Or, I guess maybe he already has injuries he wants fixed, and doesn't want to pay  for them.
