They've had the best offense in the conference during league play, and their one big weakness (3 point defense) happens to coincide with one of our big weaknesses. If Kerwin and Jase are shooting well then I think we probably will win the game, but short of us having two guys who are connecting tonight, I really don't like the matchup.

Osetkowski and Hayes should be able to do damage inside. Obviously the latter, especially, needs to stay out of foul trouble.

February 7, 20196 yr someone questioned me earlier this year when i said that Long seemed to not really ever have a plan, that he's just running around out there improvising. i don't think there are any questions about that anymore, lol.
February 7, 20196 yr Furk. Oset has been playing well of late, but when your man flops, take the easy layup; don't pass out of it.
February 7, 20196 yr We’ve been doing this weird doubling down in the post with no rotation the last several games... I get the pressure but not rotating leaves a guy open for a easy layup about 85% of the time Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

February 7, 20196 yr This is the Matt Coleman we've been waiting for. This is the Matt Coleman we need.

February 7, 20196 yr Best half of the season for Texas. Let's see if they can sustain that in the 2nd half. Texas has quietly been pretty good for a few games now. Beat Kansas (tourney team), almost beat ISU on the road (sweet 16/elite 8 type team), dominated Baylor in the 1st half (tourney team). The issue is consistency. Let's see if they can put another full game together. I still have my doubts. Edited February 7, 20196 yr by texasstrong12
February 7, 20196 yr Author If they play like that every half, they'll make the tourney with plenty of room to spare. Edited February 7, 20196 yr by Machinator
February 7, 20196 yr Baylor can't guard us inside or defend our perimeter guys off the dribble. My guess is they start sagging a lot and they will live with us shooting wide open 3s.
