I haven't seen Seasons 1 & 2, but Documentary Now! is getting ready to kick off season 3, so they released their first documentary of the season (both Part 1 & 2 combine... without commercials) onto YouTube late last week.

Season 3 / Episode 1:  "Batsh*t Valley"

Very nice send-up of Wild Wild Country. The reason the cult wore yellow/black and their new names was hilarious

Spoiler

One of the FBI guys who organized the cult was a Steelers fan; cult names were anagrams of Bradshaw, Harris, Lambert, Blount

Go watch seasons 1 and 2 before posting more.

Don't know how this has flown under my radar. I'm very in.

Co-op episode is impressive in its dedication to the subject. Probably a niche audience, I wasn't familiar with Company which is the show they are mocking. But I could still tell they were crushing it. Taran Killam and John Mulaney among others in the cast

Gotta keep bumping this. "Waiting for the Artist" might be the best episode they've done in the series. A profile of performance artists played by Cate Blanchett and Fred Armisen.

It's actually a parody of a doc DA Pennebaker made about the cast recording the soundtrack album.  (Just know this because my daughter directed the musical while she was at Rice and sent me all this stuff...)  Pretty spot on.
