February 16, 20196 yr Much like last year they find a way to win. Which is all that really matters. LSU in a tie game in the B8 with ULM
February 16, 20196 yr 12 minutes ago, Enfield said: Mason Bryant with the win. No save. I see that the ULaLa stats page says that but I don't understand how they reached that conclusion. Ivey was still the pitcher of record when we broke the tie.

McCann had a big hit. Reagan might be good. The bats may be alright. But we desperately need Zubia to provide the home runs so I hope tonight was just him shaking off some rust.

February 16, 20196 yr Todd can hit if he stays healthy. His numbers FR year weren't bad. Then he dealt with injuries his Sophomore year. There's a reason Pierce has him in the 3 hole. I'm not saying Todd puts up Kody Clemens type numbers but it's a similar situation. Coming off an injury, not a ton of production in their first two years, but lots of talent. They play almost all of their out of conference games at home against weak competition. It’s why they bow out the first weekend of the postseason every year.

February 16, 20196 yr I like seeing a closer who can throw 3 strikeouts in an inning. Anyone know How fast he was throwing? TV had him anywhere from 88-92.
February 16, 20196 yr There were very few hard hit balls by either team all game. Some of that had to do with the pitching, but I suspect we'll start seeing the hitters catch up.
February 16, 20196 yr Zubia out of the lineup. Hopefully awakens the giant. We need his bat. Looking forward to seeing Henley today
