Absolutely brutal day for Jaiswal. Three dropped catches in the field.

Game is balanced on a razor's edge and those drops have hurt India greatly.

We're talking about MLB baseball. You probably don't, unless Pablo Sandoval became Bo Jackson overnight and I somehow missed it. Let me know when their outfielders ditch the giant-ass gloves

  • Still all this nonsense about "Dhonis role" in the ODI side. It's called "winner."

Pakistan is in danger of getting bounced from their own tournament after just two games.

Target of 252 for India in the final. Shami and Pandya's awful death bowling undid the good work done by the spinners.

India have collapsed from 106/0 to 122/3 in the chase. Incredible catch by Glenn Phillips has triggered a meltdown

Pretty good test series in England, still anybody's to win.

did everybody give up on sparking recent interest? i have to admit my interest goes up in the football offseason but still....im trying to pick up the details of the sport.  given so few recent posts here, is there a popular season ?  spend most of our time in spain surrounded by brits so I've working on understanding this and rugby.

Mohammed Siraj just bowled the spell of a lifetime to win India the fifth Test match and draw the series against England.

My personal interest level has dropped considerably the last couple of years due to nothing in particular.  Maybe it's I'm getting old and the time zone differences for matches of significance are total shit.

There's no set "popular season", but global interest usually picks up whenever one of the 10 million World Cups gets played or the Indian Premier League kicks off.  Other big series that gain interest are things like The Ashes between England and Australia, India vs England tests, and the Border-Gavaskar Trophy (India v Australia).  Basically unless it has England, Australia or India in it; no one gives a shit.

India just won their ninth Asia Cup with a perfect record, including a 3-0 whitewash of Pakistan 😁

The Asia Cup drama was totally worth it. India, with a flawed squad, beat Pakistan at every stage including the final.

I, for one, liked the Indian team's approach of not acknowledging Pakistan in public. The women's ODI WC just kicked off and I wonder if we'll see the same approach from the ladies in their match with Pakistan.

Pakistan's meltdown is like aggy tears to me.
