Juice Pack was good.  Also liked DDH Series 5.
Nomura is out. Well, as of yesterday at Pinthouse S. Lamar.

There’s also a second batch of Nomura tapping on the 5th.

Had this the other night. I’ve been really impressed with pretty much every Tupps beer I’ve tried.

Been drinking this on the regular for the last couple of months. Tupps has some good to great brews, plus it's available at my HEB.Oh, when it's open.

Apparently the word is out on how good the TUPPS DDH series beers are. Was running around today and stopped by the Lakewood Whole Foods to pick up some 6. Though I’m pretty sure it just came out just a few days ago, they were already sold out. Luckily Craft Beer Cellar nearby had it in stock. Will have some later as I put out the presents.

TUPPS is an interesting example of how quickly a brewery can revamp their image/appeal. Never thought twice about any of their beers before until the Series 1. Now I pick up each installment and was very impressed with their Day of the Dead and Juice Pack (I’m a big fan of beers that deliver the hop/juice taste but at lower ABV/calories).

I think series 6 just came out this month.

It did, the first I tried was the 3 series and have been buying the DDH since.

I know it’s not “special” or hard to find anymore but I had this from last year and enjoying it now doing my Christmas Eve dad chores. Not worth $20 plus so I probably won’t buy again but tasty and thoroughly enjoyable.

Merry Christmas, imo.

Drank a Straffe Hendrik BBA Xmas Quad last night and wasn’t on the same level of the St. Bernardus. Can’t find anything that is.

And still the best label. Don’t sit on it too long, last years lost a ton of coconut after 6 months.

How are the others?

They are all great. Cinnamon Coffee works great together and regular also really great.

How is this? I almost got some from Total Wine last week but went for Grace and Grit by Great Raft instead.

Pretty good.  I had already had several other beverages beforehand so I can't really give a detailed review.

Thanks. That’s usually how my reviews go, too.

Haven’t had a Brut IPA yet.

I haven’t been able to really get into them yet. Don’t mind them, but don’t want more than 1.

We’re about to keg our 3rd batch. I’ll send you a crowler if you’re interested.

Will you spit in it?

PSA Dallas folks re: Celestial Beerworks:

These are both excellent and, therefore, I’m taking same home.

Not sure about distribution. They just finally got their cans up and running and even that has evolved. When I was there about a month ago (which I believe was within the first few weeks or so of when they had opened) they were just starting to do crowlers and said they’d soon be doing 12oz cans soon as that’s all their canning line could handle. Apparently they since got the attachment that allows them to do 16oz cans. Everything I’ve had from them has been top notch so hope they keep upping their output and distribution ala Turning Point (which I’ve seen on tap at Craft and Growler and Civil Pour).

They did have their NEIPA on tap at CBC earlier this month. Hoping they can ramp up to get some closer to me.

I don’t often get over to their location.

PSA - CBC Dallas just tapped two Turning Point beers. A triple NEIPA and an oatmeal stout.

Be on the look out for this one. All the flavor with only 4.5% ABV. Wheelhouse.

Picked up some of this earlier today for game watching. Like it, will probably go through the 4 pack watching Notre Dame shit the bed.

Better hurry because their colons are nearly empty.
