This is going to be an "experiential" mound talk, rather than a "transactional" one.

Well this one so far is on Pierce, will never understand his propensity to piss games into the wind for the sake of getting guys experience. I guess I better get used to it

Particularly now, when the talent is concentrated in unproven underclassmen, seeing who can do what and forcing some competition for starting spots is huge.

It is annoying af that I have to keep consulting lineups to figure out who's coming up.

Good timing.

Hopefully they can comeback and get it going but it is just the mindset you send to your team before the game even starts. Don't have a problem getting Lance ABs for a struggling Hibbeler but Shaw for Kennedy and Fields for Ellis just doesn't make any sense against this quality of a team.

Now we are having fun.

Also.. I love watching Zubia run.

Holy hell.  You should reserve that comment for special occasions.

I wonder if that''s Shaw's first XBH against a LHP?

Why are we trying to bunt off a guy that had given up 3 straight doubles?  It worked out at least.

Tip of the cap to you Mr. Shaw, off a lefty to boot. Nice piece of hitting

Well, I wouldn't have expected Shaw to continue that trend, but...

It was Tate.

I actually think Shaw should play some more. He's reliable in the outfield, works counts, and can do other stuff like sac bunt/steal bases.

He's never going to be a great hitter but he can do some positive things.

Augie is cringing

some say the bust sheds a tear when a bunt is popped up foul making it 0-2

Lulz, nice baserunning.  Heads up play there catch, the base was occupied.

Really not a fan of all these reviews. Save that shit for the postseason.

If that isn't blocking the plate what is

At the game. Seemed pretty obvious.

That's some crazy shit all the way around.

Isn't that just a foul ball on Reagan?
