  • LSU fan here, congrats on the sweep you guys. You all were the better coached/more motivated team this weekend and deserved to win. We have a lot of work to do. Also your baseball stadium is awes

  • LSU wasn't motivated

FML we should have bunted with two outs and two on. Put the tying runner in scoring position and give McCann/Hibbeler/Reagan a chance to get a knock.

Instead DP and an F8 and we get nothing out the back to back singles.

 That one's one Coach.

exactly.  just stupid.  auto bunt with Zubia on second and no outs.

Yep, that’s one that you bunt every time.  Coach playing for 5 instead of 1 or 2.

Pierce must be an Earl Weaver disciple

Probably should have bunted but LSU was thinking the same thing. The pitcher threw a meatball right down the middle that Shaw squared up on. Just right at the 2B.

Ball gets away from McCann (is it me or does that seem to happen ALOT). Runner to second.

Don’t have a legitimate catcher on this team...

Mathis to third. ....tough play.  Reynolds throws it away.  Mathis gets to second. Run scores.  Prob doesn’t score if McCann catches that pitch earlier.  6-3 LSU now two outs.  #9 hitter for LSU to hit

Long throw but not that tough of a play.

Texas with 3 scored errors and a couple that should have been that were hits.  Including a few WP/PB that moved runners up.  Not good enough versus a team of LSU’s caliber.  Still in it at 6-3 tho

you could see that coming.  he wasn't getting him anyway IMO.  6-3.  good to get the series win.
He was taking his time to an extent. Even if he didnt get it there in time that was a shit throw.

And fuck series win. That's aggy.

Our fielding is going to be the death of us this season. We are looking like a High School team out there.

Really hurts having your best defender on the bench in a boot.

Eh, this team has a good makeup.  They battle.  I don't want to see this one get out of hand but a game 3 loss after taking games 1 & 2 isn't the end of the world, especially against the (alleged) #1 team in college baseball.

In other words, settle down, Nancies.
