I think Trent Richardson is a pretty safe bet to make a NFL team as a short yardage back/touchdown vulture. He sucks a feature back, but he can get two yards in a pinch.

I don't know how much Steve Spurrier earns for coaching Orlando, but 10 weeks of games and about a month of preseason practice is a pretty good gig for the old ball coach.  Gilbert looks pretty good.  Gilbert is throwing lasers to his TE's.

Two point conversion good.  31-14.  Spurrier is hobbling around and raising sand with the officials.  Funny shit.

There was a comment about recent back surgery and  he is walking like the little dude in Twin Peaks.  Old fuck disease for sure.

I think because of the AAF got there first, and because of their loose NFL affiliation, they'll emerge as the premier spring football league. Just need to work out the financing issues.

San Antonio needs to win, because their fans will fill the Alamodome when they do.

I think the Alamadome is above average for football games. I like the location too, really close to the River Walk. Not in the middle of an industrial area like the AT&T Center.

I hate the Saints, but I wish I went to a game while they were playing in San Antonio.

I don’t see why they don’t just to all in and make it an NFL developmental league. Give all 32 teams a squad, and actually let some of your guys develop in your system instead of being forced to give up on them if they don’t produce right away.

There wasn't a game thread for SL v SD but that was a helluva game. The 2nd half was as good as any NFL game. Big momentum swings with some huge plays and a nailbiter finish. Fleet D is legit.
