I thought Cole was warming up? Why switch to Harris. Greinke to Cole would have been a huge change of pace. Set up for the closer. We just needed two innings from Cole.

Could have even let Greinke finish the inning. One solo shot shouldn't have sat him down. His pitch count was still low.

Cole was not warming up at the time. Also, bringing in starter in the middle of an inning on two days rest who has never come on in relief in an MLB is stupid.
