Dreaded RISP, but Gurriel has answered the bell before.

I’m not dreading it

Gurriel has a knack for 3 run bombs in the playoffs

DO IT AGAIN

he strikes out often. It's his thing. The 0 for Alvie was going to catch up to Houston and now it did. Houston avoided this curse with epic HRs, but baseball is a game of rallies and Alvie kills it.

Good thing nobody got on before Springer, else he would have never homered.

break the slump Alvarez or go home.

I get he struck out in a big spot but I feel like he broke out the slump in his first 3 plate appearances

No he hasn’t. His average is still shit through 12 playoff games.

Got one back at least, and they've burned their closer with 6 outs to go. Nothing is fucked. Of course, we are probably going to need a hit with RISP so . . .

He's had a good night, but he was late on the 2nd pitch. He would have crushed it earlier this year.

No one to blame but our shit hitting with RISP. Yea Cole gave up 5 but Nats are completely beatable with all the opportunities they gave our offense.

10 LOB. can't win like that

We are consistent. Think our LOB avg is around 9.

This is the world series in your house boys! Man the fuck up!

Dude is 2-3 with a walk tonight.  This is a new series.

Our offense is making chicken shit outta chicken salet.

We're playing fucking scared

Yup. Can’t expect 3-3 night. Unfortunately One of those 2 hits came in the wrong inning.

We've got top of the order coming back up again. We aren't out yet.

And they've used their closer. I don't think he gets 9 outs this game.

If your definition of douche is a great young hitter, you're right.

He's gonna get the Barry bonds treatment from now on.
