Nice throw....

Let's mark Soto as a green light

Yup. And the playoff ball has definitely hurt the Stros

It has but it also really hurt the Yankees.

Lol. So Soto is a green light?! Good to know.

Not so sure. It was a strong throw, just high.

Strong and accurate are 2 different things.

Sorry, but bunting here would be stupid as hell, Smoltz.

Good bunt but I think I'd rather have him swing away

reddick didn't do that right

No way Reddick can score on that.

Smoltz use to that 21" strike zone that made him and braves unstoppable.

Caught a break on ball 1 to springer

Dumb.  I don't think Hinch would have done that in the regular season.

he should have been keeping even with the 3rd baseman.  zimmerman at first can't throw for shit so had they thrown to first, reddick might have.

More runners left on base and in scoring position. Sigh.

Should have had more, but it’s a start

Follow it up with a shutdown inning in the field and we’re cooking.  That’s been the real challenge this postseason.

Was all worked up to see Greinke hit. Wish they’d let him swing away at that ab.

We'll get to him again

I hope you're right, but we've scored early several times and then done nothing.

i just don't get that.

either squeeze or swing away.  worst case scenario is either a double play (with springer leading off the 3rd) or 1st and 2nd with springer up - not much different than we ended up with.

we're playing scared.

Come on

Of course you would have...after we didn’t score

He grounds in to a DP or K’s and everyone is crucifying Hinch for not getting 2 guys in position to score on an easy single with a WS MVP at bat

Feels like runs are coming tonight.  We'd have 2 on the board already if not for a great catch in center.  A couple of the outs have been hit hard and we actually got an infield bleeder and a flare to left.  Our shitty BABIP has to correct sooner or later, and if it comes, we can chase Sanchez and get to that shitty bullpen early.

.  Our shitty BABIP has to correct sooner or later,

Every ball we hit and every ball they hit I’m more and more convinced that’ll happen later... in 2020
