Despite the brain fart it’s a fair point. He is not a good hitter.  We need Peter to keep developing once he comes back and be ready for next year.

Considering how exhausted he has to be from playing hockey goalie for our pitching staff, I will give him a pass

no shit.  we bury fastballs, sliders, curves on the reg and even when you aren't supposed to.  with bases loaded I only wish he'd taken a few pitches.

But throw it down the middle on 0-2

Man.  I expected a lot more from Zubia this year.  If you can't manage to field at first base you have to bat at least 270 as DH

He has definitely not done what we needed him to do. We needed 15+ Home runs from him. We will be lucky to get seven or eight the way he is going.

He’ll end up with 3 while watching from the bench the rest of the year with the way he’s going.

Good news is we seem to have a capable option, Burleson has looked good at the plate.

That kid got lucky, what a dumb move to bunt with two strikes but he got away with it.

This game is pissing me off

Losing (or being tied) to Baylor always pisses me off

Because most of them don't like good naked

Outside of the DH, a manager wearing a uniform is the dumbest part of the game.

Why do managers wear uniforms?

A long time ago there were playing managers

They often used to be players too

Of course but that time has passed. If some Indi or minor league team wants a player/coach then Ok, make that clown wear a uniform.

Suits would look much better.  Maybe a derby
