I actually get something out of a Monty presser. It might be mostly him and Heika talking to each other, but he's better at it than a certain red-headed coach I know.

Nothing better than snatching game 1 on the road. Fuck yo atmosphere.

Man it’s nice to have the special team advantage. Stars PK has been great all year but now the PP is on fire as well. All we need is a crew that will call some of these cross checking and boarding penalties and the Preds will become toothless. They only seem to be effective when being really physical.

The Stars game is a bit ugly but travels well and it’s the kind of game that works in the playoffs. We need more out of Faksa, only Star that was disappointing.

The Predators are 0-9 in playoff series in which they've lost the first game.

Four of five games are decided by one goal and one goes to OT. An empty-netter skewed the 5-2 game. The #1 overall seed is shocked in the East, we get Leafs-Bruins tonight -- off to a great start!!!!!

How good was Roope?  He really started to blossom last year during that long playoff run in Cedar Park ,and last night he was just about the best forward on the ice.

Liking the game 2 effort. Playing to win. Ben keeps standing on his head they’ll get it done.

This is pretty much exactly how the Stars want to start.

Yep. Would have been great to hit on one of our power plays but we are forcing them to play our game so far.

Sweet

Fuck I think janmark is done. That looks like a broken ankle. That looks like the same thing I did.

As far as marketing bits go, I kinda like the twinkling in the stands. Might be an unpopular opinion.

Preds studied for and shut down our zone entrances on the power play. Stars need to figure it out.

Wait did we get called for interference by trying to avoid a hit?

This is 2019 Stars hockey. When it's low scoring and tied going into the 3rd it's just how they like it. Only really disappointing part is the pp. Wish Roope would get some of that fire and burn back he had in game 1. Dickinson in game 1 and Janmark here today saying fuck pain. Just win.

So when we push them down it's interference. When they do it no call. Got it.

A little time in the offensive zone would be helpful.

There better be a Stars PP on the other side of this commercial

plus the interference no call on the other end
