So are we ruling out my idea to send him some sort of threatening leader with a lawyer's letterhead?

So you think someone who doesn’t even bother to show up for the trial after they’ve been sued, will respond to a scary letter from a lawyer? I’m thinking no.

Are you really going after someone who is likely judgment proof and/or isn't going to pay you even if he has assets?  Unless you can locate some of his assets (bank accounts, real estate), good luck with that.

I want a repo man to take something. His couch, his shoes, his dinner plates. Anything.

If you really want to fuck him, start a competing company and drive his ass into the ground.

Or you could keep trying to collect that $9k from ten years ago.

I’m sure any reputable lawyer would be happy to give you some of their letterhead to write a threatening letter.

Also, this.  Committing fraudulent misrepresentation and the unauthorized practice of law is probably not a smart course of action for you.

Put his shit on blast.

Hit the social media of these “events” he speaks at with facts about the judgement and the IRS lean.

Wait for him to blow up
