Always thought he would be a stabilizing force that would help Shaka with in-game stuff. That obviously didn't work out well, but who knows if that was Horn's fault or was just an impossible task

By all accounts, he was easily the best coach on the staff (probably including Shaka).  Don't think much, if any, blame should get put on him.

He was a big failure at South Carolina though.

Head coach at a low-major directional school sounds about right for him.
