If you have a cable/satellite login, you can surely still stream everything right?  I take it as this is a way for people who have cut the cord to get access to most of the espn3 stuff.

But she’s not even a mother. WTA should appologize for not giving it to a mother -Serena

The Ringer has a more in-depth explanation of what ESPN+ is and what it offers: https://www.theringer.com/sports/2018/4/2/17190026/espn-plus-streaming-service-april-12

Basically, it's not really aimed at cord-cutters. It's intended as a paid supplement to ESPN's eight cable networks (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN Classic, ESPNews, ESPN Deportes, Longhorn Network, SEC Network) offering "less popular" sports like tennis, cricket, rugby, etc. It's completely separate from WatchESPN; no live event that is on one of ESPN’s existing networks will be on ESPN+. None of the ATP tournaments ESPN already owns the rights to (ATP World Tour Finals, Indian Wells, Miami, Cincinnati, and Montreal) will be on ESPN+ either. They're basically splitting off a big chunk of their tennis content to this service, forcing us to now pay $5/month more to see the Slam matches we could have seen on WatchESPN otherwise.

This clay color in Charleston is so hard to watch on TV.

So it's similar to what NBC Sports did with EPL this year.  That sucks.

Djokovic just fired his coach Radek Stepanek, right on the heels of parting ways with Agassi. Djokovic has now essentially fired his entire coaching staff twice over the last 3 months, and he will now head into the clay season without a coach.

Apparently the top American tennis players are fans of wrestling

Little miss Fanny Stollar to serve for it against Konta on TC, only 4 main draw wins in her career.

Isner and Querrey have been attending WWE events together for about a decade. Guess they're bringing Sock along now too.

First day of Davis Cup quarterfinals action saw Nadal and Zverev defeat Ferrer and Kohlschreiber, respectively. Series is level at 1-1. Also, Nadal has broken the record for most consecutive Davis Cup wins (singles and doubles combined) in history with 23.

Radek Stepanek just issued a statement regarding Novak and his recent redundancy.

Leander Paes now has the most doubles wins in Davis Cup history!

Damn. Nadal just blasted Zverev off the court, 6-1 6-4 6-4.

Also I somehow missed this, but Isner absolutely eviscerated Hyeon Chung in the earlier semi-final. Won 97% of his first service points O.o

He looks a lot like Roddick

When your name is "Fanny" there are expectations.

It's over. Steve Johnson defeats John Isner 7-6 (4) 4-6 7-6 (5).

Isner lost despite serving 28 aces and winning every one of his service games.

Thiem escapes in the first round! Would have been a big upset

Cilic suffered a serous knee injury and is out for the clay swing, possibly longer.

Uhhh then how did he just win his match today against Verdasco?

Yeah sounds like a comedy routine gone bad. Portland U is one of the most liberal and PC universities in the nation and he was dumb enough to test out his routine there. Well at least he was a senior and his tennis career would have ended in a couple of weeks either way as the season is about to end.

Jared Donaldson lost his cool with an umpire a couple of days ago and was fined about $6000 for getting in his face. I can't find a stand alone clip of the event but I did find it in this compilation video. It's at the very beginning of the video so you don't have to watch all of it

goddamn Nadal is demolishing everything in his path.

I bet he wins Monte Carlo without dropping a set. He's on another level right now.

Nadal just bageled Thiem in set #1, and is on his way to breadstick-ing him in set #2.

This sort of form is exactly why he still has a chance at catching Federer in the Slam count.

Nishikori looked really good in his win over Cilic today. He's had a great tournament overall.

Another straightforward win for Nadal, 6-4 6-1 over Dimitrov.

Nishikori comes back from a set down to beat Zverev! His reward is a final matchup with Nadal tomorrow.

USA/France Fed Cup on now. Coco looks slimmer than last time I saw her, Kiki is being EXTREMELY demonstrative.

So with today's win, Nadal is now 67-4 In 71 career matches at Monte Carlo. He's also won the tournament a staggering 11 times.

Sloane wins again, Keys replaces Coco, USA v. the Czechs for the Fed Cup title.

Straightforward for Rafa, I’m kicking myselp for not betting on him to win the French at -130 when we were in Vegas over spring break.  I think he will lose early in one of the final clay warm ups and get some rest before Roland Garros.

Petra just played Angie in Fed Cup, now they play R1 in the loaded 28-player Stuttgart draw. Maria also gets to represent Porsche.

David Goffin just pulled off a tremendous comeback. He was down 6-4 5-1 and facing match point against unheralded Marcel Granollers. Came back to take the second set in a tiebreak and then blasted Granollers off the court in the third set.
