May 18, 20196 yr No disrespect for Lam Jones' remarkable feat, but at what level would that Lampasas HS team be competing in 2019? It appeared to me that the other anchors were running in the :48 range in the video above.Apples to apples, Boling ran a 44.74 split and Jones’ split converts to a 44.8 when changing from yards to meters.

Odessa Ector was the second place team when Lam won.  They were pretty fast, especially the anchor.

I mean, he's using his athletic ability to make money so that's considered going pro
May 19, 20196 yr So just saw a link he took up ginn on his race offer. Gotta say This is what sport is about. Fuck the money. Just try to out duel the Motherfucker opposite you, and leave it on the field. Don’t know if it’ll happen but would pay to see their raceÂ

May 20, 20196 yr wow, just noticed a few things UT's Brian Robison owns the Texas HS Discus from 2002 Michael Carter, one of the best college NT ever, played at SMU and the Joe Montana 49ers IIRC still owns the National Record in Shot Put from 1979! UT's Marquise Goodwin owns the Texas long jump, 26 -10 is the national record ! damn! RG3 owns the 300 Hurdles. good stuff. Damn the 80s had some fast guys, was it roids?Â

I believe the Ball kid's record came during an invitational after he graduated from high school, but before he started college. Depending on where you look some entities count it as a high school record while others don't. Jeff Demps record took place under the same constraints (after high school, but before college). Â
