Anyone done this before? If so, what was your general experience, costs, etc?

I've submitted an email to them asking for more info. Looking to rent either a big micro-theater or a smaller main theater for my birthday. Thinking about having them screen Casablanca and my wife & I might come in character as Rick and Ilsa. Maybe encourage others to dress up as well. My wife wants to do something special with friends for my 50th (furk...I'm officially gonna catch a case of the olds), but we're kinda limited if we do it on or near the actual date since it's close to Thanksgiving.

No 11 year anniversary screening of the first Twilight movie?

Casablanca doesn’t seem like a very good dress up movie, and there are no songs to sing along to. You should do Rocky Horror Picture Show. That would be much more fun.

Well, Casablanca is a favorite film of mine, and its global premier was the same day as my birthday (just 27 years earlier). I'm also considering Fargo or the Big Lebowski. There will be no sparkling vampires, however.

What would it cost to get Bruce Campbell to host an "Evil Dead" screening?

Somewhere around $3.50

Film Rental Fee will be anywhere from 250-500. Auditoriums usually go for ticket price of every seat plus a rental fee for the public movie that it will take the show from. And sometimes tech fees. That’s what I’ve seen from Regal, Cinemark and AMC at least.
