June 5, 20196 yr I’d vote for the incessant dugout chatter as the worst part, regardless of teams or location.

June 5, 20196 yr That was greatness. That stadium went from totally rocking to dead silent in just a few seconds. Nothing better than sooner tears!

Game 1 was just a legit beatdown. OU came in really cocky and UCLA punched them in the mouth. Game 2 was what I expected game 1 (and the entire series) to be. Just 2 titans who were #1 and #2 all year long trading blows. UCLA hits 2 HRs. OU comes back to tie it. UCLA goes ahead. OU ties it. UCLA goes ahead again. OU ties it with 2 outs in the top of the 7th. UCLA walks it off. 3 games like that would have been good for the sport for sure, but it also being the final game of the season was fitting. Ain't nothing bad about seeing OU swept in the championship series in their backyard and game 1 being their worst loss since in 24 years. UCLA was the better team, who faced tougher competition in the Pac-12, probably had a more difficult road to the finals (having to face teams that know them inside and out in UW and Arizona), and outscored OU in 3 games this year 28-8.
June 5, 20196 yr Their fans were cocky as shit too. Getting to watch a beat down one night and getting their hearts ripped out the next is awesome. Now Coach White needs to get us back there so I'll really have a team to cheer for instead of whoever's playing ou. There's definitely some interesting names showing up in the portal.
