  • Totally unrelated to anything in here, but there’s really no where else to post it, and I wanted to share this with some folks who love Liverpool F.C. My wife & I were in England last month for tw

  • In my Facebook memories today, a bit of interesting coincidence. Two years ago today, @Jive Turkey and I made the pilgrimage to Anfield to see LIverpool take on...West Ham. 4-1 that day. Hopefully 4-0

You lost to the B team, Toffees!
What a cool thing for a kid like Jones who grew up in Liverpool.
I think they lost to the C team...

Really surprised he hasnt done well as klopp seemed to like him a lot....still lots of time for him though

Thoughts from the match:

Adrian is the best backup keeper in the league and would have been better in net than Karius/Migs

I'd love to watch the training at Melwood. It's apparant that Klopp works these kids hard and utilized the same system in this match as the starting 11 (false 9 / overlapping wingbacks).

Joe Gomez is back. He bossed the backline and made Nat Phillips look great.

Minamino is going to be Bobby 2.0 when he figures out the pace of the game

And...sing with me....

Not terrible. Not sure how that affects the Wolves(1/23)  or West Ham games(1/29).

Liverpool will travel to either Bristol City or Shrewsbury Town in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

The Reds confirmed their spot in Monday evening's draw by beating Everton 1-0 at Anfield on Sunday.

League One's Shrewsbury drew 1-1 at Bristol City of the Championship on Saturday, with the replay to be played on January 14.

All fourth-round matches are scheduled to be played between January 24-27.

I'd imagine they'd play on Sunday as West Ham was an already rescheduled match because of the FA Cup Derby match. But I'd imagine Klopp is going to leave most of the A team at home.

RIP Warrior/NB.

Most of the away/3rd kits are crap, but most are anyway.  Think the 3rd > Away kits more often than not(starting from 15/16).

The 12/13 home, 17/18 home, 18/19 home were very very good IMO.

I think the entire 15/16 and 18/19 lines were prety awesome.

I have all of the home ones except the 2013-2014 one. 2012-2013 is my go to Liverpool shirt. Ready to see the Nike leaks. Curious if they'll do some throwbacks.

I don't really like a ton of the Nike kits, but the Chelski throwbacks Sunday were superb imo.

Matip and Shaqiri back in training.  Who does that leave out?  Lovren, Milner (maybe?) has Fabinho made it back yet?

lol, I saw his name and was like "isn't he on loan?"

Talk about a guy who just got passed up.  Not a bad player at all, just going down as a name most will forget in history.

He seemed so good for a very short period. I know injuries plagued him, but I also wonder if our standards were so low that "slightly above average" was world class for us.

VVD the first defender ever to get a 99 rating in FIFA. Enjoy this ride boys because we are so freaking good

Clyne was always a very good defender at RB. He was never great (or even good) going forward. He was basically Steve Finnan and for awhile he was a stalwart in our first XI.

Klopp said Fabinho and Lovren should return to training next week. Keita and Millie are our out for the Spurs. Matip trained but isn’t ready.
