Schiff didn't say, "I thank the gentleman." haha.

It’d be subtle, but that may be the only acknowledgement in the room today about yesterday’s reporting that Nunes got caught working with the indicted mob-linked Ukrainian Lev Parnas.

  • Unreal. Biden’s son can take home $1m a year from a Ukrainian company he knows nothing about...but our president acts like the CEO of a company with leverage in cutting deals and this shit happens?

Ohh, like her no nonsense English accent.

I wonder if her loyalty will be questions since she wasn’t born in the US. I bet not.

Ted Cruz isn’t here to question it

She is waaaay more believable than Nunes’ heavy GOP dossier of garbage.

“Once, when she was 11, a boy in her class set one of her pigtails on fire while she was taking a test. She put the fire out with her hands, and finished the test.”

When Hill noted that both she and Holmes attended the University of St. Andrews, she really should've added, "Go Saints!"

“Based on questions and statements I have heard, some of you on this committee appear to believe that Russia and its security services did not conduct a campaign against our country—and that perhaps, somehow, for some reason, Ukraine did. This is a fictional narrative that has been perpetrated and propagated by the Russian security services themselves.”

Hill mentions controversy regarding person that 99% of Americans will be scratching their heads over.

Are there any witnesses scheduled for next week? If they wanted to go straight to articles of impeachment after this, these would be nice closing witnesses. Highlight the national security implications. There's a treasonous aspect underlying the bribe, for sure.

Hill confirms her deposition that Sondland was there and taking the lead on Trump’s direction.

Fiona Hill is the Russia expert Americans should pay attention to most.

Nunes getting up right at that moment that Holmes finishes is perfect.

The Lev Parnas thing is probably weighing on his mind just a little bit.

Was that during a time when Sondland said he didn't know Burisma meant Biden?

Just a guess, but the minority members are going to see Holmes as the one they can get to. That may be a mistake.

I think they are going to wait as long as they can to get John Bolton to testify.

The thing is Nunes believes none of the shit he spouts.  It would almost be acceptable if he was just a rube.  Instead, he is a compromised operative that will hopefully find himself sitting in a defendant seat at some point.

This just in...old people have hearing problems and still think you have to spin the crank to make a connection, yelling over the static from turn of the century’s technology.  My grandparents did the same thing.

He doesn't want to be there, and it comes across in everything he does.  And now he's a little wrapped up in this thanks to Lev Parnas.

He seems like a note-taker.

Probably. There is a strategy available to just move forward and roll everything up into the obstruction. My main point was that if this was the democrats entire case, they would be fine moving forward. Bolton will have a lot to say and probably has a lot memorialized. I just don't know how long it's going to take for that to resolve itself. There's benefit to not dragging it on too much. In any case, Schiff and Goldman have done a masterful job prosecuting this.

Fiona Hill reminds me of the exercise instructor from1984.

Fiona confirming the Crowdstrike/server stuff is just a conspiracy theory/hoax.

And confirming that Trump ignores the intelligence community in favor of Rudy.

LOL.  Trump is watching based on his tweets.

Reading Reddit’s TD Trump cult forum is fun to see all the whining, misogyny and conspiracy theories...but damn it’s a beating having to agree to all the disclaimers regarding it being quarantined.

Really hope DT loses this next election, the meltdown will be epic.  Still remember them brigading the main page with stickied posts and praising Putin.  Dumbasses.

Nunes has been to Ukraine how many times exactly? Does Schiff not think that the GOP would accord *them any courtesy? Just serve his butt and ask him questions. You can’t ask him to step down because the GOP would cry foul so make him answer to his association with people under investigation.

*Democrats in a similar situation

Counterpoint:  The people who can provide exculpatory evidence to benefit the President have been ordered not to testify by , uh, hold on, allow me a moment, uh ... the President.  As you can see, the President not allowing these people to testify on behalf of the President is just one more sleazy and unfair tactic of the, uh, just a moment, my apologies, ... Democrats?

I’m thinking we’re going to see Giuliani’s supposed blackmail material on Trump he alluded to last week sooner rather than later.
