yeah, we might want to keep him around.

I honestly hadn't heard of him until today.  Anyone know where he's from?

Pennsylvania.

Great work today Chelsea....hold strong last 15 mins

Hell yeah.

From reddit: "Lampard winning Liverpool the title. Gerrard could never."

FA Cup game is on ESPN+. People still paying $5 a month for that with barely any sports to watch?

Happy to take the win and move on.

Didn't get to watch, was camping. Sounds like we laid an egg the first half, switched 3 subs and played better the second half.

Did not expect us to be competing for hardware these season.

Nope

Lol can't watch yet bc some dumbass at NBC Sports inputed the start time as "3:010pm EDT"

haha, well we had good possession and then decided to give the ball away for the Hammers to waste an opportunity.

I haven't been paying attention, wtf are these kits?

Captain America scores. Shocker.

(I credit him with that goal)

Ugh we have been just awful on defense.

I wish there were an elite CB available.  Ours have been awful.

But that goal is also on Frank.  When you consistently have both of your FBs up past the opponent's 18 yard box at the same time, you really leave yourself open for the counter.

How many goals have we given up within the last 10 minutes of halves?

Defense was shite. It's been that way for too long. Hopefully they have a fullback and a center back on their summer shopping list.

What's the deal with the #3 on the front of your new jerseys?  If that's a sponsor I can't tell what it is.  Or maybe an homage to Ashley Cole?

Willian really needs to buy pulisic a couple of steaks for all these set pieces he's winning.

No shit, they could have let Pulisic take his own pk on the 4th of July

Now that is more like it. Finish strong and lock up Champions League play.

Kai and Declan

Chelsea are set to press ahead with a move for Kai Havertz, after his season with Bayer Leverkusen ended in defeat in the German Cup Final — and Frank Lampard is considering a move for West Ham’s Declan Rice to help improve his defence.

Lampard has identified Havertz as one of his top targets and Chelsea’s pursuit of the 21-year-old has been given a boost after Bayern Munich pulled out of the race to sign him.

Real Madrid have shown an interest in Havertz, but Lampard hopes to strengthen his attacking options further, following the signings of Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner.

Havertz, who is valued at £70million, is expected to leave Leverkusen after they missed out on Champions League qualification. He is nowset for talks with the club over his future, after they lost 4-2 to Bayern in Saturday’s final.

Chelsea are weighing up a move for Rice, after identifying the West Ham youngster as a possible centre-back option, as Lampard bids to shore up his defence.

Rice is a boyhood Chelsea fan and spent seven years in their academy before being released when he was 14. He has predominantly played as a midfielder, but played as a centre-back coming through the ranks at West Ham.

The Hammers, like most clubs facing the harsh financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic, may sell players to raise cash this summer, but they do not want to lose Rice. David Moyes has said he sees the 21-year-old, contracted until 2024, as a key part of his plans.

Really need to win the next 3...Havertz is much more likely if we qualify for Champions League

I just hope he hasn't seen our new kits.

Just make it easy and win the Champions League.

Also for anyone still out of the loop, the 3 is the new partnership. Imo it looks like we have Frosted Flakes as our sponsor.

And he apparently is wearing a Chelsea kit under his CP one.

Captain America is a monster right now
