I don't see anything on the course that's especially hard today.. wind is up but not brutal.. pins are not especially hard.

Probably just nerves or the mental grind?

They were saying the pin placement was going to cause a lot of issues today.  Think they're harder than it looks on tv.

    Reed likes icing too.

they never showed the up and down on 4....but we know the score.

I’m not sure what the confusion is. Masters says he shot a par 4 on #3. Drive short of green, chipped on but rolled off, chipped again close. They showed him putt in for a four.

Also, this just in.  The greens at the Masters can be tricky.

I thought I was missing something because that’s what I was seeing as well.

What a par save from Fowler on 6.

No kidding, like putting on glass.

Never thought 2 pars would look so good.  Does he seem to be settling down?

ESPN showing a bit. GC has no Masters video

ESPN is showing some shots. Somewhat delayed and incomplete. Full, live, network coverage doesn’t start until 2. You can see some live coverage on the Masters app/website.

Masters.com is the best. But for TV viewing ESPN shad delayed coverage with nba highlights mixed in.

Jordan just missed a birdie on 5 as well. Just keep playing his game and the birdies will come back.

Phil's putting isn't too good this morning... otherwise he's playing decent.

Fred's collapse on... triple bog on 7, hope he stays above water and makes the cut.

no. because reasons.

This is all on the Masters tournament committee and I don’t get it. You know ESPN/CBS would be happy to televise it from beginning to end.

Yes because Augusta is so full of (shit) itself it will only "allow" so much coverage.

This is one reason I prefer the US Open where you get 4 days of wire to wire coverage of every hole.

followed by a birdie of course

jordan made his par, maybe settling down a bit with 4 in a row

This feels like Jordan's grindy round. Hopefully he'll get to E and then build on that over the weekend. Still plenty of holes for him to pull a British Open type turnaround today.

was looking at rory playing number 7.  drives it 340 yards leaving him only 113 to pin.  hits wedge 120,putts it to 7 feet that he had to make for his par.  if his wedges and putting were any good he would be unbeatable

jordan drove it 322 to middle of fairway on number 7 leaving only 123 to pin, maybe he can get one back now with a par five comping up on number 8

that would be ideal, lets hope for the best

Well, my guess is driving isn't his strong suit.
