Is there a difference between "hopeful if not confident" and "optimistic"? I guess I'd rather be confident than optimistic, but I'd rather be optimistic than hopeful.
It’s obvious that the President changed his thinking after the details were made public, but he did explain his mistake and why he thinks that it was a mistake pretty clearly.
They are definitely circling the wagons - outing the whistle blower. Saying at least he cares about his players unlike other coaches. Everyone knows that if you truly care about your players, you make sure they get sufficiently dry-humped.
US News lists them as having 16% of students live on campus. That does not necessarily tell the entire story, as a small percentage of UT students live on campus, but almost everyone lives in private apartments/housing near campus. I'm not sure if UH has built up that level of private housing around the school. Everyone I know that went to UH for undergrad lived at home and commuted across town, but that was 20 years ago or so.
