I no longer cast boolits but I have an extensive stock of molds, handles, pots, etc. Let me know what you need. Lots of raw lead too but it sounds like it might become worthless.
We can organize a carrier pigeon "pony express" where none of the birds need to fly very far. Anybody live near Dodge City so @Kennythetiger and I can communicate?

Now, I get to pay for it.
Hobby-crafted arrowhead (left) beside genuine arrowhead (right). Hobby-crafted arrowheads are often meant to show the creatorās skill, making the objects precise. Old arrowheads, though, are often dull. (Photo by Allyson White.)
Iām not saying it isnāt authentic but there are lots of flint knappers out there doing really fine work. I would have an expert verify it. Itās outstanding in any event.
I'm pretty sure I played hand-me-downs until 1962 or so. I don't remember any of the names or if they even had any. I started catching in 1967 and was given a Yogi Berra catchers mitt. I'm wondering if I could have even purchased a Clemente or Mays glove in Wichita in 1962. I do remember that Mantle, ugh, was about all you could find at the time.
I remember when we had the PF thread on the shag. You couldn't criticize RW without summoning his choir. That choir got a lot smaller with the move to Surly and now they are silent. Man has proven himself to be a complete cunt.
Getting old rocks, eh? Iāll be 73 next week and this is how I spent the weekend with my wife. We bought a limestone rock that was pulled out of a local Catholic cemetery. It had been one of many used to line roadways there. I needed a stone to mount my Motherās sundial. We had it on a wooden fence post for years but it had decayed. Yesterday I dug a hole and we used a rock bar to jimmy it off of my trailer and set it in that hole. We used pipe clamps to grab it and pivot it in the hole to point north and south. This morning , we mixed 4 bags of quikrete and secured it.
We are both pretty tired tonight but next weekend we are going to build a low retaining wall around it and mulch it all to match the Peony bed behind it. At times it sucks getting old but not always.
ETA: Iām not sure how I posted the top pic twice. I must be getting old.
