He’s yet to get one single thing right. He’s the BIG 10’s #1 fanboy so not surprising how stupid his proclamations have been and continue to be. He lacks even the slightest hint of courage and/or intelligence.
Two major reasons the defense sucked last year. They were on the field way too long and BJ Foster. Half of that issue is gone. As far as being on the field too long some of that goes on the defense but also the offense for not sustaining drives in the second half. With our running back room now I see that less of an issue moving forward.
All media, specially 9.95s think they are celebrities and want to be the story when all they should be doing is communicating the story. Their egos get the best of them and they start to think they are more important than they really are. Sometimes they need to be reminded of their position in this dynamic. Just report the news. Stop trying to stir shit up for clicks.
You make a good point but are you surprised Quinn possibly isn’t ready day after skipping his senior year and hasn’t played in over a year. There’s no question he should be the starter but fans needs to understand he’s going to look pretty awful in spots early. Just have to let him figure things out in front of 100k fans. It’s going to be like riding the Texas Cyclone roller coaster with Ewers. We are going to be beat to shit when it’s done. The limitless upside is there and that’s just not the case with Card.
Why are arguing about Card or Ewers. We should be working on getting Arch reclassified and on campus ASAP. That will solve all the QB issues. Am I right? Actually seeing Ewers struggles makes it even more clear why the Mannings are ok with Arch sitting his first year. Just because these guys are super talented doesn’t mean they are ready to go day one.
Yeah, this turd ship has been adrift for 12 years and there are idiots that expect everything to fixed in 1 season and two weeks of camp. Seriously how do some of y’all make it through life? The ridiculous jump to “everything is lost” is comical.
Could it be that Card always looks good in practice/camp but can’t translate that to real action? Is it possible Ewers just isn’t a practice warrior and working in a knew offense has him looking pedestrian? We will see. Anyone know if Ewers had a tendency to looked better in games than he did practice at SLC? Well, it’s possible I guess.
