Complaining about taking the points after everyone here screamed at Sark for four seasons for not taking the points sure is a take. We won the middle eight minutes 10-0 so I’m not sure why that decision was the final straw for you.
That’s why she’s the main problem for the Pluribus - she has nobody left that she cares about. No friends, no family (apparently), nothing. The other immune aren’t in the same position (at least that we’ve seen so far).
OU’s offense can’t do the shit that dogfucks our defense, and our offensive issues have not been really related to the turnovers that OU thrives on.
Maybe if we played them in Norman because we have serious issues playing on the road, but I’m taking Texas all day in that rematch on a neutral field.
Serious question. Where would Texas be ranked right now at 8-2 with losses to Florida and Georgia. And where would Texas be ranked if they finished 10-2. They’d be the 5th SEC team at worst, by the way.
Seems like recruiting is now going to be won on the fringes, where you can coax a really good player to leave money on the table from a mid-level P4 (like a UNC) to come to Austin for much less because you know, program upside and overall college situation. The elites are more or less gonna be “highest bidder” scenarios but not every player is going to automatically take the most money.
OKC gave them a 2024 first rounder for the 2028 swap so Dallas could trade that 2024 pick for Gafford.
The 2029 pick was in the Kyrie trade that then went to Houston when Houston/Nets traded some draft capital back and forth.
The Spurs jumped into the Dallas/Boston Grant Williams trade and netted the 2030 swap.
Don’t have much quibble with the AP other than the Miami/ND issue (I’d have both below both BYU and Utah and Miami ahead of ND), and I wouldn’t rank Tennessee.
Maybe somewhat. It will always lean red at minimum because of the strong military influence there (Air Force Academy) but sentiment favoring TABOR continues to erode as time passes.
