  1. Picks today: 4th - 107 5th - 166, 170 6th - 205, 207 Needs: OL, RB, TE, DL, DE I wouldn’t mind going heavier on OL and DL and going free agent with RB and TE. Plenty of good free agent RBs out there, and it’s not a year in which we will be expecting to compete for anything major so no reason to start the clock or the carry-count on a long-term RB.
  2. He’s a Houston legacy who’s extremely tied into the league and plugged into the Texans and several other teams directly. He is given info direct from teams in exchange for being a media outlet when they need one to get stories out etc. All this really tells you is who they want. Whether they are there on the board when it’s time to pick is the only variable.
  3. We were second to last in pass yards per game surrendered and third to last on yards per pass attempt surrendered. CB was a good pick. Would’ve preferred Sauce but I think Stingley is very good and better built. Only question is if he stays healthy (which is a bad gamble at pick 3). We were dead last in rush yards per attempt last year. Taking a mauler at guard was a good choice, especially in light of it netting us a fourth in two fifths to take the guy we probably would’ve taken anyway. Also improved pass pro. Would’ve preferred Jordan Davis because fucking people up like he does up front on D has a crazy impact on the whole game, but I don’t think we necessarily failed either pick.
  4. Jesus, I see this conversation is going great.Keep up the good work.
  5. You know I don’t hate it. We had two first rounders and went D on one and O with the other.
  6. Jermaine. Don’t overthink this one. Make your new CB even better by getting pass rush,
  7. That’s Sir Sirjabari to you!
  8. That’s Sir Sirjabari to you!
  9. Two things: 1. Shut the fuck up about this fucking loser. 2. Have whatever wedding or reception you want. Who gives a fuck.
  10. Fuck yeeeeeeeeah
  11. Wow so this year is very different from everyyyyyyyyy other year according to the 995ers. How exciting for us
  12. Non-members can’t go without a member, only he and his wife. So what you’re saying is he’s close because he’s in Athens, what I’m saying is he can’t just go because he’s close. His Dad has to take him, and if he’s going to do that you might as well fly private from Austin on your dad’s jet. For the Masters specifically I’m sure he would have no problem though, so I’ll just shut up then.
  13. There is no equivalent. You can buy tickets to the Dell Match Play. Getting into Augusta is hard, even for a Manning.
  14. Best case scenario here is to delete this and never tell anyone that stupid bullshit again
  15. I hope Watson does well, that’s a real tough division. Now let’s hope we have someone who knows how to draft.
  16. Strange move all around to me. Texans seemingly could’ve gotten more, but unloading a mega contract who didn’t wanna play for you anyway and getting three first round pics in return is alright. Strange to run off a franchise player, period. But Deshaun going to the Browns? Joining a conference with the Bengals who are much better, and the Steelers and Ravens who are infinitely better run organizations than the Browns? I think a move to a weak conference would’ve done him good. But he’s a killer, usually those types don’t sweat that kind of stuff. I wonder if he’ll feel the same if they can’t get out of that division. And the Browns? Most guaranteed money in history for a 5 year deal after forfeiting your firsts for three years? This whole thing is weird.
  17. Between good landing spots and trade offers, situation looks pretty good for both Texans and Deshaun to get a happy ending.
