The more I read about the Kim signing, the more that I like it. I am not sure if he will end up being a full time starter, but his slider seems to be a great out pitch. Maybe good in relief.
3-4 Odd defense; pinch buck 0. Press your corners and control the outside backer on the right side of the screen. Never fall for the hand off, just focus on sacking the QB.
My only issue with Amazon is when they show a Sunday delivery. Things are never delivered to my location on Sunday, because they always “miss” me when trying to deliver. I am always home during their delivery times on Sunday. Other than that I have yet to have an issue, and when I did, they instantly made it right.
I have come to terms with Ash, however, This is the type of shit that pisses me off with Herman. Just fucking tell us that you had him in mind. This is just like the winning is hard crap that he spews. He put no time into the the search. Just tell us that you were downing vodka and Gatorade’s and could not be bothered due to bowl prep.
I agree. I think he sees that the defense should be a somewhat easy fix. They will be more experienced, but need some unfucking to get them processing correctly again. I think his hard line approach to his 10 commandments will help right the ship somewhat soon. Do I think he will bring us to a championship level? Not sure. His biggest challenge now will be to tailor his style to the Big 12 offenses.
From my perspective he was not a hire that moves the needle, but if he can get us to just being solid defensively it will be ok. The bigger problem is on the offensive end and that shitshow looks like a disaster to this point. The reason for the hate I think is that most people look at him as another guy who will say “yes” to Tom. Some people, myself included, think that the only way Tom will be successful is if he has two coordinators who tell him to shut the fuck up and to get out of their rooms. He isn’t that.
And many people do not give a fuck about the post season in college football now that we have the playoffs if their team doesn’t it make it. I fail to see how anyone would feel any different about the regular season by expanding. IMO, it makes the post season more enjoyable.
