Every other movie is a step down and mostly interchangeable, with Thor: Dark World, IM3 and The Incredible Hulk being last. Endgame was such a treat in theaters, and surprising in all the right ways.

Certainly not ideal, but it's pretty damn fortunate we have LOS DBs in Foster (proven) and Overshown (unproven) with the lack of LB depth. Foster had a hand-full of really savvy plays against larger linemen last season.
Similar to Get Out, Peele has a way of undercutting the tension with tons of moments of comedy in this. You could argue it actually does a disservice to what could have been a deeply chilling second act. It is tense at times, but not scary like The Strangers or the final sequences of Hereditary.
I can see where this comes from, but I actually think two things are competing in the film:
It’s such an odd paradox that posters on this board savage the 9.95ers at every turn then spend pages analyzing a single comment from them that may or may not be grounded in reality.
