I hear you, but any owner of the club would be doing this.
Time will tell but I think if we were to have declined an invitation the fans would ultimately be upset with that too.
I’m firmly in the I don’t want it but in the wait and see camp.
Not bad. Chased the goal and gave one up, that happens. Won’t be great, but good enough I think. Need a little more up front. Liked Ring, he looks like a player.
Not any more.
3 Leicester 31 games - 56
4 West Ham 31 games - 55
5 Chelski 31 games - 54
6 Liverpool 31 games - 52
7 Spurs 32 games - 50
8 everton 31 games - 49 points
Certainly get that and that's part of what makes them great, hungry players. That being said, sometimes you have to say no. Not everyone can play every week. That game was on 12/9, right after the Wolves game.
After that we had:
12/13 - Fulham
12/16 - Spurs
12/19 - Palace
12/27 - West Brom
12/30 Newcastle
Not CL, but plenty of minutes to go around. Not for him of course because he got injured and missed a ton of games afterwards. Hindsight is 100% 20/20 and it may not be fair, but pretty sure there was some second guessing on the lineup that day as well.
A few questions for Klopp this season. The reluctance to start Kabak/Phillips and I guess Davies, maybe even a younger guy. Also playing Jota(and probably others) in the Midgetland game when it was a dead rubber.
For me, the season started a bit slow, and then went disastrous with the injuries, but not sure keeping Fabinho and then Henderson back there so long was effective. Hard to remember we still lead the league after Christmas.
I can't really fault the effort. the execution for sure, but part of that has to be a tip of the hat to RM.
Guys played hard. This version isn't as good at the moment.
As I'm typing, Mo puts it out for a corner.
Sounds like a cool special place(s). Probably hard to replicate on broader scale in other locations with so many of the special parts, but could see a one off doing well in certain locations around the country. Bummer.
Just watched the series full through, was very hit or miss the first go round.
Agree with the above. More than anything he was irritating. He was always a follower and never really "did" anything. He was horrible outside everything besides football and that was talked about cursory at best. He was meh x1,000, but always around.
Not a bad day. West Ham winning outs third place in play now. Only four back of third place now. everton still lurking with a couple games in hand as of now.
