  1. Challenger is what i would buy with my money. Great cabin, reliable, can go trans-continental, and can be bought for not too much. Still expensive to operate, but they all are. 350 is shit hot. We considered ditching all the Lears and going all CL because the operating costs were virtually identical once you got past the first hour, and it could do any mission in the fleet. That changed when we bought G’s and Globals, but still a sweet ride.
  2. Oh yeah. But some of them get wrapped around the axle about the most inconsequential BS. I recovered a Phenom trip where the owner was livid because he was getting picked up by a Lear. He had been told that the Phenis was the best thing since sliced bread. I started to tell him the flight time up to Sun Valley and he cut me off and told me the Phenom time. We had it beat by 20+ minutes. That shut him up. I tried to infer as politely as I could that he had chartered a cheap, slow POS. Seen plenty of large trips where the owners take a Challeger and relegate their kids to a Lear. Anyway, stretching that Honda jet made it look better.
  3. LOL. You think you’re getting laid after she’s gotten the offspring number she desires?
  4. Honda hasn’t figured out that looks right, flies right is a thing and that there won’t be a huge demand for their curious engine mounted design. It may be efficient and effective, but it’s ugly. Rich folk are surprisingly self conscious about their planes. I remember sitting in the hotel shuttle next to a NJ’s crew that had just been balled out by an owner because they had dared to recover his Citation X trip with a G-IV. Dipstick wanted to go across the country at .90 M and wasn’t pleased about having to do it at .81 in something that could comfortably house a basketball court.
  5. Sulu is fantasizing about riding a giant penis in space. Also, he may have interest in riding on Bezos’ rocket.
  6. Wing Attack Plan ā€œRā€ for ā€œRecruitingā€. Need the coaches to do the Grand Tour and search high and low for prep ballers and portalers that can get this thing back on solid footing.
  7. I understand they’re more common based on the depth you’re able to achieve.
  8. How much embarrassment can you heap on a man already named Deterding?
  9. I don’t think Bama was offered the benefit of generous officiating in the Aggy game because Georgia is looking like they might be the best thing in college football at the moment. If the Tide were the clear number 1 with anyone else being a modestly interesting second then Bama would have gotten some very favorable calls. The SEC has just as many instances of enforcing narratives as any other league. They’re just not out and out boobs about the rest of officiating. And you’re right about OU. Had Texas come into the game 5-0, and OU limped in at 3-3 or something UT would have had more favorable reviews and calls. In particular, I know UT is about to get F’d unless they just completely roll the opponent anytime I see that roided up poindexter with glasses and his clown car crew spill out onto the field.
  10. Yup. Helluva lot more likely to go 0 for Oklahoma than run the table. Looks like we’ll need Moore or Washington to try and replicate Whitt on offense, not holding my breath, and we’ll miss Jones at whatever we call DE these days. Our offense is potent enough to win them all, our OL is just bad enough to keep us from scoring as much as we might need and our defense will keep just about everyone not named KU in the game. Special teams will help win if we can convince our returners that starting a return 7 yards deep isn’t a winning strategy.
  11. This is a significantly better team, particularly the OL group, than what either Herman or Strong had in their first year. Perhaps you forgot starting 4 guards and a DL on our OL with only one available scholarship substitute appropriately dubbed ā€œno contact at allā€. They had better defensive personnel to work with.
  12. So you like to bone non Latina anorexics?
  13. Umm, what part of making it an institutional precept and daring the refs to call it didn’t you follow? Or was it the part about protecting the conference favorite? I actually look forward to the SEC where the refs are no less crooked, but a helluva lot less incompetent. I also look forward to being in a league that doesn’t need to accept out and out illegal offensive fuckery on a down to down basis to drive ratings, and who isn’t vested in OU’s existence in the top 5. One of the reasons OU struggles so much in bowls is the same reason they’re not going to enjoy the Esseeesee as much as they think they are to begin with.
  14. The greater point is that of the 11 problems we have on the field for the defense he’s number 10 or 11. He didn’t come close to losing the game. There was plenty of fucktardery going on between both sides of the ball, the hedadsets and zebras.
  15. Man, I could have a pretty fine meal at a middling restaurant of your choosing if I had a dollar for every time I watched a DC go into paralysis when a QB they weren’t able to game plan for entered a game. God knows UT fans have watched that movie too many times. Finally happened for us last year against CU. It’s like they can’t use their cheat sheet anymore and just call base defense with limited pressures out of fear that they’ll get beat deep.
  16. Big XII refs aren’t going to call it. The only way to keep the conference relevant is for it to be an offensive score fest every weekend. On top of that they have a vested interest in protecting the conference favorites. Ofcourse OU does it. We’re too damn stupid and prideful to teach it.
  17. Most of our DB’s seem to be in love with slinging the offensive players to the ground and going for the strip without help for the tackle or understanding of their location on the field. Having said that Cook is doing good work at the star/nickel/whateverthefitscalled position.
  18. Split zone bluff I believe.
  19. It’s only weird if you look at the comment in the context of one game.
  20. Holly Rowe and Dee Snider had a tryst, and I can prove it.
  21. I would surmise that they are largely just ok with moments of excellence. Even steaks of it. Having Bijan Robinson covers many sins. And we’re going to need to figure out how to move the ball in the air against defenses that can take away Worthy.
  22. One might surmise that a defense that is weak up the middle and is defending the perimeter would be susceptible up the the middle. That the threat of our outside attack helped set the table for success inside. Unless you’re that guy. In which case you’d feature IZ, never establish the ability to reach the edge and beat your head against the middle of a defense who’s expecting you to beat your head against the middle of the defense.
  23. I’d love for us to come out in 21 or 22 personnel with Keilan as one of the backs, motion him out of the backfield to get a nickel or LB manned up on him and then tell him to run fast because the ball is coming.
