To be honest would have been to say at best a new buffer zone of no occupation in the North is needed and that most likely will result in eventual Israeli settlement, and at worst turn the whole of Gaza into unoccupiable rubble forcing a humanitarian crisis resulting in a diaspora of the Gazan people and no need for an autonomous state separate from Israel.

Would it be fair to generalize that historically Jews have seen more autonomy and religious freedom under Persian, Arab, and Ottoman rule rather than under Macedonian, Roman, and Christian occupation, and received some of the worst treatment while spread out in Europe? There were the obvious times where Joseph's tribe found the situation in Egypt untenable, and when Nebuchadnezzar conquered, exiled and enslaved the Judeans. Were the original Philistines from the Mediterranean like the island Crete? That would make the argument that this current blood struggle between Jews and Arabs has been going on for thousands of years not make a whole lot of sense.

  5. Who on the TNT game staff has now dropped twice that Luka and Kyrie are the best back offensive court combo in history? It was followed by somone's, "Thank you, thank you." Seems a bit hyperbolic for only one playoff run. What are your guys' thoughts? TNT post game argued about it a little bit, but had to switch to the Gafford interview.
  6. Gafford got the TNT post game, cool for him. That was one of the last questions. Didn't reveal much, but said he was in the process of getting his neck checked out. Jinx.
  7. Pj Washiington's schtick of not letting offensive players get a practice shot on dead ball's is kind of fucking hilarious and effective.
  8. KAT knew exactly what he was doing. Fuck him. It was completely accidental. Lively was falling out of control, no way to predict and execute.
  9. With McDaniels and Gobert on the bench let's get Kyrie back in there?
  10. Towards the end of the clip you can see PJ Washington start to celebrate before the ball even goes in.
  11. Catching up on this thread was a wild ride.
  12. Quick cursory observation, we match up better with Denver, no?
  13. Don't Care If Already Posted. I've watched this more than a few times.
  14. This was so brutal I couldn't even finish the clip. He's actually very liberal, but he does often defend the generations before him that were just working with what the times gave them. Very practical.

CNN, so not hard hitting journalism. 4 days old, but didn't see posted. There have been some previous links to abuses of West Bank prisoners and Arab Israelis. This is more about removing Gazans into Israeli concentration camps for abusive interrogations. The U.S. House of Representatives has passed legislation attempting to make that last sentence a crime.
  16. This is unfunny.
  17. Turtle Power! They're the world's most fearsome fighting team.
  18. I just caught my first case last week. In a weird way I was kind of excited to finally be included with the rest of the world, except for that fourth-ish day when I did not want to be inside of my own body. So much information will be playing out about the virus, the different countries based on the response or non-response, and the vaccines for many years to come.
  19. Had to catch up, but the last four were fun. Good for Derrick.
  20. @Patricio Swayze would have loved the grappling displayed by Chase Hooper in the headliner of the early prelim, but also the grit and guts of Borschev to hang in there. 10-8 first and probably would have been a 10-8 second before the mildly controversial stoppage.
  21. Rather good. Glad I finally saw it. I would have never based on the early trailers. But as stated it's not a war movie. Bullets easily go through walls and shit. Shell out some real money for authentic war machinery too, but maybe the military did not view this movie as advertising. Like SouthAustin mentioned, there were more realistic ways for the exact scenario to play out that was would have made more sense. Many subtle things and unfinished dialogue that could have really put this movie over the top, especially in the finale. No reason for the penultimate death to be so case closed. Unknown would have been just fine. But yeah, would recommend, but Violent.
  22. Luka's hurting pretty fucking bad. He's powering through it. Sure a lot of the trips and getting stepped on was shenanigans . But it's pretty obvious with the effort it takes him to get up sometimes or resting on his knees a little too long. Then add on top of that a bloodied good knee and a loose tooth. I admit, I barely casually watch the regular season, but he's a very tough whiner.
