  1. Again, for the smooth brains, there are certain factors which cause fans to formulate these opinions. Those same factors could influence the players, none of which come from the fans. Two separate groups influenced by the same things, without any direct influence on one another’s thoughts. The fan is not saying, “I’m overconfident because the team is overconfident” and the team isn’t thinking they are overconfident because the fans are, but both could have the same mindset.
  2. It always cracks me up when simple minds infer too much into a statement. Nowhere did I imply fan stupidly had any correlation to player mindset.
  3. They could be a cakewalk, but to assume they will be is just dumb.
  4. Things I know: Our RBs could block much better. Nobody fears our RBs up the middle (well, maybe aggy). Receivers have dropped too many passes. Our fans have been quick to shit on Quinn, despite his overall personal success, being a huge part of getting Texas back to top of college football, and his physical limitations, which he has absolutely no control over. Things I don’t know: The number of missed passes that are a result of incorrect routes. The order of progression on any given play. What Quinn can see compared to our sky cam view. Whether Helobious is capable of giving the quality handjobs necessary to save our DL next season.
  5. For the love of Texas football, I hope the team isn’t looking as far past Clemson as many of our fans.
  6. If DTs have similar taste in approach, I like the girls with a little shyness to them, before they rip into your pants like it’s Christmas morning. You can be honest. You would have said, “Where do I sign?!?”
  7. Are we contributing to a Burnt Hands fund, to pay for Helobious‘ tennis elbow?
  8. Did we run the wrong route in this scenario, making him look worse than he really is?
  9. Didn’t see this gem.
  10. These two posts being back-to-back is out-fucking-standing.
  11. Crazy: adjective mentally deranged, especially as manifested in a wild or aggressive way. Nobody is implying they are going to clean up. I’m talking irrational payments to questionable players.
  12. I have a feeling the Ags are going to go crazy in the portal.
  13. Does the size of one’s leg determine kicker success? Weird mother fuckers walking around with one leg substantially larger than the other…
  14. They probably go portal shopping for anything they need.
  15. We all knew our running game would be a problem. Wisner is good, situationally. He does not have the build for this type of defense.
  16. The screen was open, Georgia just smartly got up in his face.
  17. So ballsy at that point in n the game. This has been a hell of a battle, even against the refs.
