  1. Pulisic vs Mckinnie about to kick off in Turin.
  2. Good to see McKinnie, Robinson, Tillman, and Tessmann back. Sands is also an interesting selection.
  3. Pulisic absolutely tearing up Napoli. A goal and an assist in the first 35 minutes.
  4. I remember when several polls came out during the Biden administration that most Americans thought it was wrong to use the justice department to go after political foes. Wonder what that same poll would say now.
  5. Just received from our district:
  6. Also worth noting that Gio came in at the end of this game for Gladbach.
  7. Euless Trinity at Southlake Carroll tonight. Carroll probably the heavy favorite now, but man these games used to be fun.
  8. Maybe our most impressive performance under Poch. We needed that.
  9. We might have found something with this 3 back formation.
  10. It's too late to fire him. If I really squint, I can see what he's trying to do. He wants a set of players to push the "established" starters. It makes sense to try to establish a bottom-up approach, but if we keep losing games by multiple goals, I really think he risks losing the locker room. What he's finding out is there is a massive gap between the starting XI and everyone else and he's just grasping at straws trying to find anyone outside of Luna to push the starters. The other issue is we are just out of time. You have to start building continuity at this point--especially in the backline. Dest, Richards, and Robinson need to be playing every match together and they need to find who is going to play the other CB spot. Running out Blackmon for his first cap was just a complete waste of time. Cannot have shit like that anymore.
  11. Maybe don’t force feed CD if he’s going to pull this bullshit.
  12. Maybe stop trying to pin our ears back and get to Hurts? Like…you’re not getting there and you are leaving gaping holes.
  13. Fowler is over pursuing everything. I’ve seen him get smoked 3 times already.
  14. You have a link? Trying to figure out what exactly the presale is. Like...can I get tickets to any match even though we don't know who is playing yet?
  15. I don't necessarily disagree with this approach, but players like Arfsten, McGlynn, and Blackmon don't belong anywhere near this roster. It just seems like a lost chance to try to develop some continuity.
  16. Banks getting capped and Dest coming back is positive. That MF....ooof.
  17. I'm at Crescent. Totally caught all of us off guard due to it being Permian. I would be shocked if there isn't another one in the next 6-9 months.
  18. I'm saying those districts are NOT experiencing enrollment decline.
  19. If you are going to or already have young kids in public schools, it would behoove you to find a district right now that is not projected to be battling enrollment decline. In DFW, that would be Denton ISD, Northwest ISD, HEB ISD, Aledo, and the northern burbs in Collin County. We are in HEB and already have an announced ballot initiative to raise property taxes to bridge the funding gap from the legislature. If that does not pass, we will have to cut programs that are very popular and proven to be very helpful to students. Our district is probably one of, if not the best, districts in the state when it comes to academics & financial efficiency. If we are having to take measures like this, it's going to be very ugly for the districts around us with dwindling enrollment. What an shitty time to have a first grader and a kindergartner. We love our school, but I can't guarantee we're going to stay in Texas much longer at this rate.
  20. Despite this noise, the last report showed a 2.7% increase year-over-year. Maybe that is understated due to what you shared, but if it ticks up again next month, I think the market is finally going to start waking up to reality. Then again, I don't know shit.
  21. The next inflation report just got a whole lot more interesting. Jobs showing signs of cracking already and then if inflation ticks higher on top of that? Yowza.
  22. I don't really care as long as he's playing. Playing for a trash team might actually be good for him since he'll be needing to block a lot of shots.
  23. Would be a very sensible move for him...finally.
  24. I mean, he took his shot at the premier league and at a massive club. I don’t fault him for that. But everything after that has not worked out and it never seemed like it was going to workout.
