  1. iPhone can cast to an AppleTV without a network. Not the cheapest option, but very low effort.
  2. SS beat me to it.
  3. I work at UT, and park in San Antonio garage, which means when I get to campus at 7 am every morning I pass the global office, and I see the line 25 people deep. It’s not every morning, so I assume they only take folks some days, but the line is always deep at 7 am. People in chairs. Good luck.
  4. Well, after years of debunking the infamous shark on a flooded freeway pic, it finally happened:
  5. Dropsonde in the NW Eyewall just measured 137 knots at ground level. Just nuts it hasn't weakened yet.
  6. yes, I posted this a couple pages back:
  7. Man, Reed Timmer has himself in a bad spot.
  8. Word for word. Lol
  9. Holy shit, the Hurricane Hunters had to circle in the eye for nearly 40 minutes on their last mission. They couldn't find a way out. Lost 700 feet of altitude at once.
  10. UnivTex34 replied to Hate's topic in Baseball
Yup, that was fantastic. I may be biased though, named my first kiddo Nolan.
  11. Yup, most of my info coming from there at this point. Still lots model disagreement.
  12. Yeah, this thing tracking way more east than models expected yesterday. Still not a lot of agreement, but the UKMET looks terrible for you guys in Naples. HWRF still has a Tampa landing, but that is after Ian drags his balls all down the coast first.
  13. activities streams down?
  14. Euro seems to have shifted east a bit. So instead of huge surge to Tampa, looking at 25 inches of rain
  15. In case y’all get bored with MNF http://www.insmet.cu/asp/genesis.asp?TB0=PLANTILLAS&TB1=RADAR&TB2=../Radar/02IJuventud/pdeMAXw01a.gif
  16. Pinellas just issued mandatory for Zone A, effective at 6pm. B and C in the morning.
  17. Apparently evac has begun. BIL just reported they've been told to get out Apparently Pinellas County still hasn't made it Mando yet. Sounds like tomorrow. Shouldn't matter, but they just texted and said they are packing now, with plans to leave in the morning. Gonna be a clusterfuck.
  18. Yeah, have a cousin that lives in St Pete, in Evac zone A. Really hope they issue a mandatory evacuation soon, as it sounds like they are not leaving unless they do. 10 foot of surge would have water in their living room.
  19. I am by no means shifting blame/putting this on you. But you realize with that app, you can set push notifications when a door has been open correct? I have ours set to 30 minutes, and I get a push that it is open. Can easily close it from the phone. Source: I have to fucking use it every 3 goddamn days.
  20. Well, after the third set of destroyed headphones, I just stopped trying. In my defense, the sound is off on the iPad if we are in public. They can just watch, they don't need sound, and hasn't been an issue with my kiddo.
  21. activity streams borked again as well
  22. You are correct, thanks
