I have some Lone Peaks. Unfortunately I cannot talk to the durability as I’ve really only used them on a few hikes. Bought them last year for hiking in Hawaii and then used them for lots of urban hiking here in Austin before I knocked up the wife and the COVID thing happened. They are amazingly comfy, love the huge footbed. I wasn’t sure about zero drop, but I quickly got used to it.
Also, a lot of newer TV’s are as cheap as they are by completely removing the tuner. I’ve been told it is due to import taxes on TV’s vs tuner free displays. My 70” Vizio I bought 3 years ago doesn’t have one, and I had to buy an external box to connect an antenna. (HDHomerun channeled into Plex is the shit if anyone cares. Only need one antenna on the roof/attic, and all the TV’s and phones/tablets/laptops for that matter can access the over the air stuff, plus acts as a DVR).
Those Wifi thermostats do not read an actual outside temp at your location, they use info from the web. It may be its set to a wrong location, or the reporting station Honeywell is using for your location is malfunctioning.
Well for one, that bullseye is centered around Menard/Junction/Mason. Southeast of San Angelo by a bit.
Gotta rain west of Angelo for Buttes and Fisher. This is going into the San Saba and Llano rivers and flowing into the highland lakes.
/someone who was born in that shithole of San Angelo.
First chance I’ve had to get the drone up. New kiddo means very little spare time...
Also thought y’all might enjoy my new skin....
also the reason for my lack of sleep. Go Rangers!
One trick pony with a drone is back. My wife is now a day past her due date, so not sure I’m gonna be able to get those sweet Saharan dust sunset pics, so you get this instead....
There is a really fucking good take out ceviche place that we ate 5 lunches at last summer. Maybe if it’s takeout, you can add it on.
edit to add, it’s called Ceviche Ceviche
