My paralegal just told a pretty convincing story at lunch about how he is responsible for killing the two girls in Utah on 8/13. I know the police originally said this was totally unrelated.
She believes Laundrie thought the girl called the cops on him at the diner. Then stalked and killed them that night while he was separated from Gabby. And then killed Gabby when it appeared she wasn't going to be able to keep it all together.
Anyone else tracking this story closely with insight into this theory?
Two years ago I sat behind him having never heard him on TV. I was about row 20 and could tell it was coming from below me, but wasn't sure exactly where. It boggled my mind that those sitting immediately in front of him don't tell him to STFU. It was loud, annoying, and worthy of scorn from 10 rows above him. WTF
We started in late August and added water last Thursday. Plaster and gunnite only two lines my builder doesn’t control. Both bumped us a week or more. All told - we are quite happy. Still need some decorative work but the pool works.
Are you making the window opening larger?
Based on your post, it sounds like you are. Are you going up? Out?
I think you need a good knowledgeable contractor and not just a window installer. But, I sue bad contractors all the time and I am jaded as most of my clients come to me due to water intrusion. Most of those are from shitty window installation.
That alternative - have the show you order from install them. Some will, some won't. Thad Ziegler will (or they used to).
Mark Gault - http://www.mgault.com/ is a contractor that I see as an expert on a ton of the construction defect claims iin the Austin area. He knows what he is doing. Might be worth calling him to see if would be willing to help or refer you to someone who might.
Louisville just admitted they were at fault. Not really - but really.
$12M is a lot of money.

I litigate against shitty home builders. Some of the most expensive builders in the area you are looking at are some of the worst.
While the builder you choose is important, its probably not for the reason you think. Most use the same subs. Subs chosen are very important. Quality inspections are VERY important. Choosing a builder that will fix mistakes - priceless.
If you PM me, I am happy to advise you on those I have dealt with on numerous occasions.
Question - in america in 2017, there were about 7700 deaths per day (on average) per the CDC. Has anyone seen statistics as to the total deaths in america per day right now? I have read all of you geniuses discussing COVID as a cause of death with varying degrees of certainty regarding co-morbidities and attribution to COVID. I don't think I have seen anyone evaluate how the total death count from COVID plays into/corresponds to the expected death count without COVID.
Are we talking 1% more people dying than normal? 10%? more? less?
BL's suggestion looks perfect given it has this in the freaking page. Let me see if I can figure it out as I am far from a power user.
Thanks to all who have responded.
