Where was it? I can't remember a time when I've gone to a CFA and it wasn't run perfectly.
LMAO at all the crazy Popeye's stories. I don't think I've ever been to one where I didn't wonder how they stay in business. It's like they just grab random high school kids, hand them a uniform, and say "ok now run this restaurant."
Touche. I usually get a green chile pork (missionary) or a dirty sanchez, and with chips & queso I'm one and done.
Prolly don't work out as much as you though- which way is the gym anyway?
I need to hear more @Mileslong. I didn't become a DE regular until '90 or so, was underaged as shit. Aqua Lounge was one of the first places I remember trying to act old and failing.
Came back from school and lived down there from '98-'02. Interesting times.
This was the first thing that came to mind (after the 18 scenes in Goodfellas). Underwhelming in retrospect:

He did say that the parties they were throwing in the Clearview space we're ultimately what led to the opening of Club Clearview. A couple of the party "producers" were the ones that opened it. Then a bunch of other bars/clubs opened nearby. These pioneer stories always get a healthy amount of embellishment (OGW every year on the Ticket's birthday), but this one seems to have a fair amount of validity.
Found this. Goddammit. Still hoping that's not actually the brother.

I'm gonna need links. We're on the same side, but c'mon. I'm having a hard time with the "shielding" thing, and if it's true, I need to know more about the smiley shit head on the left if his brother actually died last week.
